This Privacy Policy explains how Sean Biganski (“I,” “me,” or “we”) handles information in connection with this website (biganski.com) and the mobile applications I publish, including Little Digits and Family Would You Rather (the “Apps”). The short version: the Apps collect nothing, and this website only receives what you choose to send me.
The Apps do not collect, store, or share any personal information or device data. They do not track users, gather analytics, request account creation, or access identifying information from your device. All functionality runs locally on your device, and no data is transmitted to me or to any third party.
If you submit the contact form on this site, the information you provide — your name, email address, and message — is delivered to me through Webflow, the platform that hosts this website, and is used solely to respond to your inquiry. I do not sell this information, share it with third parties for marketing, or add you to any mailing list. Webflow processes form submissions as this site’s hosting provider; its handling of that data is described in Webflow’s own privacy policy.
This website does not run advertising, and neither the site nor the Apps implement behavioral tracking, profiling, or third-party marketing cookies.
The Apps are designed to be family-friendly and collect no data from anyone, including children under 13. Because no data is collected, no information about children is ever received, stored, or processed.
If you have submitted information through the contact form and would like it deleted, ask and I will remove it. For the Apps, there is no collected data to access, correct, delete, or port.
If this policy changes, the “Last updated” date above will be revised. Material changes affecting the Apps will also be reflected in their App Store listings.
